Dog pooping growing and it is in the house?
My trained Maltese / poodle has recently started to poop in the house. We perplexing because 1) it is poop in the house, but 2) she is also pooping outside. So it goes as usual. We fail to understand. It has only happened 3 times, but do not want it to continue. Could she be sick? If yes, what disease would increase uncontrollable bowels? Apart from that, it is normal. Nothing has changed in its environment. Any help?
I had a similar problem with dog few years ago and after nose around I discovered that my stepmother had begun to slip the right treats and table scraps. There is a reason a trained dog starts to do this kind of thing and is not prohibited from trafficking, there is a medical reason for it. The more often a dog will increase the number of bowel movements due to parasites. Other causes may be related to the anal gland, a disc injury, even exposure to insects sprays, weed killers, etc. If you think you have ruled out the usual cause (overeating) and then I make an appointment to see your veterinarian.
