Out Cable

How do I change out a steering cable on a boat?
I have a 1996 Angler 180 center console with an outboard Suzuki 115. I need to know where I can find detailed instructions on how to change out the steering cable. Right now the boat will only turn to the right but not to the left. IF there is a resource out there that gives me detailed instructions on how to do it myself I would appreciate. Or if there is someone in the Tampa Bay area that can show me first hand how to do it in exchange for Busch Gardens Tickets (I work there) that would work also.
How does it turn back streight if it won’t turn to the left? It sound like something is obstructing the cable movement under the console. Most of the steering cables are one piece today and you must remove the wheel and the geared mechasim under the console and then the cable to the motor. It is usualy fed through the gunell. Since yours is a center unit it may be under the deck. Its not a easy job. First check under the console for the problem.
