Some tips on how to lose 30 pounds in two months?
Im 13, 5 '4 "and weigh 145 pounds but want to try to drop 115 by the end of August before school starts. T any1 have any tips that worked for them in trying to lose weight? Thank you! 
It's unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in two months. In about two months, the most you could lose a healthy diet is about 16 pounds. What would you to 130, which is a weight of Nice. I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 135 which would put me at a healthy weight. Just eat better and eliminate sodas.
