Ultrasonic anti bark?

Do these things really work? My dog barks at nothing most of the time, and neighbors are furious. I do not use a shock collar or a spay, so I was wondering if these things really work? And please, no smart ass comments about dog take heart in and train ur dog cuz it does not happen and I tried to reward him when he is quiet. He just likes to bark.

They work well to stop barking, just make sure to change the battery if necessary. I have a dog like that, and the bark collar is the only thing that worked.
